The process

Place your order
Choose a digital portrait, a framed or canvas print, or a gift certificate, plus any add-ons. You don't need your photos ready yet.

2Day 0–1
Send your two photos
You'll get an email with [HOW TO SEND: e.g. a link to upload your photos]. Send one puppy photo and one recent photo. If you're torn between a few, send them all and we'll pick the best pair.

3Day 1
We check your photos
Before we start, we make sure your photos will work. If one needs replacing, we'll tell you right away and suggest what to look for. Your 5–7 days start once we have photos we can use.

4Days 2–6
We craft your portrait
Several hours of hand editing: cutting out each dog, matching light and colour, blending fur, and placing puppy and adult together so they look photographed on the same day.

Preview and revise
We email you a preview. Want a change, like a different background or the dogs a little closer? Your first revision is included. Extra revisions are $20.

Receive your portrait
Your full-resolution, print-ready file arrives by email. Print orders ship to your door in [SHIPPING TIME].

Photo guide
What makes a good photo?
Phone photos are perfect. You don't need a professional shot, just a clear look at your dog.
Look for
- Your dog's whole body, or at least head and chest
- Eyes you can see clearly
- Natural light, indoors or out
- The original file, not a screenshot
- Similar angles in both photos (a bonus, not a must)
Try to avoid
- Heavy filters or editing apps
- Photos saved from social media (they're shrunk)
- Your dog mostly hidden by a person, toy or another pet
- Very dark or very blurry shots, if you have a better one
Only have one blurry puppy photo from years ago? That's very common. Send it, and we'll tell you honestly what we can do before you pay a cent more.

What photos do I need?
One photo of your dog as a puppy and one recent photo. Phone photos are fine. See the photo guide above for what works best.
My puppy photo is old or blurry. Will it work?
Often, yes. We check every photo before we start and will tell you right away if we need a different one.
How do I send my photos?
After you order, you'll get an email with [HOW TO SEND]. You can send them any time; your 5–7 days start when we have them.
How long does it take?
5–7 days from when we receive usable photos. Rush delivery is 3 days for an extra $50. Print orders add [SHIPPING TIME] for shipping.
What if I don't love it?
Tell us what you'd like changed. One revision is included, and extra revisions are $20 each. [YOUR REFUND POLICY, e.g. if we can't make your photos work, we'll refund you in full.]
Can you include two dogs?
Yes. Add a second dog to your order and we'll place both, as puppies and adults, in the same portrait.
Can you make a memorial portrait for a dog who has passed?
Yes, and we'll take extra care with it. Send whatever photos you have, and tell us anything you'd like us to know about them.
Can I choose the background?

Do you use AI?

What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Your bank converts the price if you pay in another currency.
