    Reply to your order confirmation email with one puppy photo and one recent photo, attached at full size.

    We check, then create

    We check your photos first and tell you right away if we need a different one. Then we get to work.

Your portrait arrives by email 5–7 business days after we receive usable photos. Rush delivery: 3 business days.
